Lorraine Bunyard
Managing Director

Hi, my name is Lorraine.
Along with my business partner we incorporated Davidson Training back in 1999, therefore been delivering apprenticeships over 23 years.
I moved to Norfolk in 2018 and now work mainly from home.
My husband and I have 4 children and 9 grandchildren and 3 dogs, 'Florence' and 'Bert' who are British Bulldogs and 'Boris', a French bulldog.
I have a passion for training, and nothing gives me greater satisfaction than when a learner achieves their goals and progresses in life, whether this be personal goals or career goals.
I love to inspire and nurture and see people grow from seedlings into beautiful flowers.

Sarah Collins
Training Operations Manager

Hi I am Sarah.  I am one of the longest serving members of the Davidson Training team. After starting back in 2001 as an assessor and then, after having my daughter, moving into joining the office team in 2005.   My husband is a chef (that never cooks at home) and I have two beautiful children. I grew upon a farm and have 3 dogs and a cat.
As well as enjoying spending time with my family I try to get to the gym 3 times a week and have “me” time.

Gemma Barr
Head of Apprentice Recruitment

Hi, my name is Gemma, I am office based and work with a great Team. I am mainly responsible for recruiting new apprentices and working with employers in doing so. I will more than likely be the first person you talk while seeking an apprenticeship or taking on an apprentice. I like to bring a bit of fun to work! I love working here, DTUK is like an extended family. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. Holidays in the sun, shopping, cinema, eating out and fun days out with my beautiful children, 'Buddy' our Labradoodle, and lovely husband. Look forward to speaking with you soon!!

Joanne Dickens
Operational co-ordinator

Hi, my name is Joanne. I have worked at Davidson training for over 11 years . When I left school, I trained as a hairdresser and I still like to do this in my spare time. I work in the office part time as a Quality Assurer. I check all your enrolments that come in and make sure everything is completed as it should be and enter your qualifications onto the database, as well as the usual office duties.
I am married and me and my lovely husband have 3 children who we totally adore! I grew up in Kent but now live in Sunny Essex!!

Phil Jackson
Trainer

I’m Phil, I started working for Davidson Training in 2013. I have a background in managing menswear retail and also in sales. I worked for Blue Inc for several years in various branches progressing from a trainee to Branch Manager. In London I worked for a serviced office provider in a sales capacity from the City to the Docklands.
In my free time I enjoy being with my young family and I follow football and Formula 1 racing very closely. I like to travel when possible and can speak French.
I enjoy working for DTUK because it is a small team, which highlights how important everyone’s role is but I enjoy supporting people in both developing them in their apprenticeship but also pastoral support which is at least equally as important.

Mandy Kang

Hello, my name is Mandy! A bit about me.... I am a loyal, dedicated and determined individual who will always put her heart and soul into what I do.
I was born and brought up in the town of Bexleyheath.
Prior to joining Davidson Training in 2009 I worked in Thorntons and Godivas as a manager.
I have been a Trainer and Internal Quality Assurer with Davidson Training  for over 14 years.
I love and enjoy my role as a Trainer and IQA which involves delivering quality training for our learners.

Chloe Gibbins
Trainer

Since joining Davidson Training UK Ltd, Chloe has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business.
Chloe worked in retail  as a store manager before becoming a trainer and has been with Davidson Training since 2012, over 11 years.
